Guardian: Ability Requirements: Strength: 12 Constitution: 9 Wisdom: 16 Charisma: 17 Prime Requisites: Wisdom, Charisma Races Allowed: Humans An offshoot class of the Paladin, the history of the noble Guardians remains a mystery to most mortal races, though history claims that they were formed to guard an ancient secret that only the eldest of the elves know anything about. With super human abilities, it is said that a Guardian can cut down nearly any foe in the name of justice and honor. Abilities: Turn Undead as a Paladin Gain Holy Weapon Benefits Lay on Hands: 1hp / Level If in good standing with a community or person, Guardians may enjoy the hospitallity of people who know of his/her good deeds without charge, though most Paladins will return that which is given to them in some way. Granted Spell use: Healing, Combat, War, Guardian, and Necromancy. Call upon Holy Might: The Guardian calling upon Holy Might is imbuned with great powers. They become able to absorb spells that would Directly cause harm to himself or others on a successful dispel magic check. The Guardian is protected by a protection from evil spell which encompasses all that he/she protects, can hit creatures affected by +1 magic weapons, may fight to -1hp/level. This ability lasts until the Paladin is slain or the fight has ended. Restrictions: Guardians must tithe to their temple or to the poor. Guardians must follow magicial item restrictions as normal Paladins must. Guardians cannot call Bounded Mounts Guardians are not immune to diease nor can they cure it.
