Learning to dive should be fun! Our program is designed to help you feel safe and comfortable diving anywhere in the world. We provide personalized small group sizes (4 to 6 students), unlimited pool practice time, and almost double the norm for open water sessions. Classroom sessions use the NASDS training program, utilizing the most up-to-date training materials on the market today. Audio visuals and Instructor classroom lectures ensure every diver understands the "how-to's" prior to entering the water. Pool sessions are planned to enable new students to practice basic snorkel and scuba skills to perfection prior to entering the open water sessions. Our goal in the pool is to "over-learn basic self-help skills", making reactions to stressful situations automatic.

All SCUBA equipment is included in the tuition cost, however, we strongly encourage student divers to own and train in as much of their own equipment as possible. Fit, familiarity and comfort can best be achieved with ones' own equipment, or Total Diving System.

Divers must provide at a minimum their own basic snorkeling equipment. Our instructors are available before during and after the course to personally fit their students in equipment, with a liberal exchange policy.

Since diving in the northwest tends to be kind of cold (45-50 degrees F), we have available Drysuit training as an option to the entry level class. Diving warm is the way to go! We are the only dive school in the Seattle-area offering drysuit diving to entry level divers. You don't have to be cold!
